The Background
Vittoria Golf Co came to PSM with a strong product and a real vision — premium golf apparel built for players who care about how they look on the course as much as how they play. But the business had no paid acquisition system, no email infrastructure, and no way to scale beyond organic reach.
The brand was sitting at $5K a month. The product was ready to scale. The infrastructure wasn’t. No campaign architecture, no email retention layer, no creative testing framework. The Challenge
