From Zero
to $400K
in 13 Months
How PSM built a full growth system for Keepers Only from a standing start — $400K in total sales and a 2,300% increase in just over a year.
The Background
Keepers Only came to PSM from a standing start. The brand had an identity and a product people wanted — what it did not have was an acquisition engine, a retention layer, or any structured way to turn attention into repeat revenue.
The goal was never a single good month. It was a system that could hold a growth curve for a full year and keep climbing after it — which is exactly what the numbers ended up showing.
The Challenge
With no revenue history, there was no purchase data to optimize against and no audience to retarget. The paid account had to be built from the ground up — campaign architecture, creative testing framework, and audience discovery all before spend could meaningfully scale.
Sustaining growth over thirteen months is a different problem from starting it. Creative fatigues, audiences saturate, and a channel that worked in month two stops working in month eight unless something keeps feeding it. The system had to be built to be refreshed, not just launched.
What We Built
Every channel below was built and launched by PSM, then run together as one system — so acquisition, retention, and content fed each other instead of competing for the same budget.
The Results
Revenue performance
- $404,737 in total sales — built from zero across thirteen months
- 2,300% increase in sales — sustained growth, not a single spike
- Paid media built from scratch — campaign architecture, audience discovery, and a creative testing framework
- Growth held for a full year — the account kept climbing well past the point most cold starts flatten out
