The Background

Giselle Stella is an affordable-luxury jewelry brand with a clear point of view and a product that photographs beautifully. What it did not have was a storefront and a paid account working together well enough to turn that appeal into revenue.

Monthly revenue sat around $1.8K. The traffic was arriving. It just was not converting — and the customers who did buy were spending less than the catalog was capable of supporting.

The Challenge

A 0.58% conversion rate is the tell. Sending more traffic to a storefront converting at half a percent only makes the leak more expensive — the fix had to happen on the site before the ad budget went anywhere.

Average order value was the second constraint. At $71.78, the unit economics left almost no headroom to bid competitively on Meta. Both numbers had to move before revenue could scale, and they had to move together.

What We Built

Paid media and conversion work ran as one project, not two. Every creative test fed what we learned on the storefront, and every storefront change was measured against what it did to the cost of a sale.
