First Traction:
$0 to $1.9K
in 3 Months
A faith-driven apparel brand finding its footing — $1.9K in sales across 33 orders in its first three months of paid acquisition.
The Background
Blessings Threads is a faith-driven apparel brand that came to PSM at the very beginning — no revenue, no paid account, and no data to build on.
This is an early-stage engagement, and the numbers reflect that honestly. The work in the first three months is not scale. It is finding the first real signal: which audiences respond, which creative earns a click, and what a customer of this brand actually looks like.
The Challenge
A $53 average order value is a tight constraint on a cold paid account. There is very little margin per sale to fund the testing phase, which means creative and audience decisions have to be made carefully rather than bought through with volume.
Faith-driven apparel is also an authenticity-sensitive category. Generic creative reads as hollow to exactly the audience most likely to buy, so the testing had to focus on messaging that felt genuine rather than on scaling spend early.
What We Built
The first phase is deliberately a learning phase — a structured paid account built from scratch, with creative and audience testing designed to find signal at a low order value before spend scales.
The Results
Revenue performance
- First 33 orders placed — a cold-start brand finding its first repeatable customers
- $1.9K in sales across three months — early traction, with month three the strongest of the three
- $438 in a single peak week — the first sign of creative and audience finding each other
- A structured paid account built from scratch — campaign architecture and testing framework in place for the next phase
