The co-founder of Habits 365, Spencer has worked with some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. Founded in 2017, Spencer has grown Habits from a side hustle into one of the most popular lifestyle brands in America, partnering with some of the game’s biggest names such as Jamie Foxx, Dwyane Wade, and Ja Morant. When he’s not working, Spencer loves to cheer on his favorite sports teams and watch the latest Marvel Studios projects.
Dyquan
CREATIVE ASSOCIATE & BRAND MANAGER
One of the two creators of Alpha Co, Dyquan is ready to help you take your brand to the next level. A former D1 football player at Ohio, Dyquan is already making waves in his next chapter, with Alpha Co already making waves as the premier destination for custom fraternity and sorority merch. With a penchant for art, especially paint and design, Dyquan is always looking for ways to stay creative.
Ethan
BRAND MANAGER & ADVERTISING SPECIALIST
The owner and creator of six-figure e-commerce Christian clothing brand We The Believers, Ethan is a proven winner. We The Believers has done over half a million dollars worth of sales and generated over 7+ million monthly viewers across Pinterest and TikTok through organic growth strategies. Outside of We The Believers, Ethan loves to compete in various long distance races and participate in volunteer events to assist his community through his church.
Alex
GRAPHIC DESIGNER & MARKETING MANAGER
The other half of the Alpha Co duo alongside his business partner Dyquan, Alex has begun to take the lifestyle clothing game by storm. With over five years of experience in creative direction and three in digital marketing, Alex has teamed up with Dyquan to position Alpha Co as the most trusted and trendy apparel destination for Greek organizations across America. An avid photographer and traveler, Alex is always looking for his next big adventure.
India
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Our resident design whiz, India has been part of the PSM family since day one. After earning her BFA in Fashion Design from VCU in 2022, India has found tremendous success, working as a graphic designer for Habits 365. When she’s not crafting mind-blowing templates and designs, you can catch India roller skating, searching for the best coffee in NYC, and hanging with her hairless cat, Playboy!
Tess
DIGITAL OPERATIONS MANAGER
In the ever-changing complex digital landscape, Tess has found a way to master it. Previously a virtual assistant specializing in customer service, Tess is currently studying to receive her degree in psychology from USIU-Africa, and spends much of her spare time designing mind-blowing webpages — just like the one you see now! A massive advocate of mental health and sex education, Tess loves to hike, read, and listen to music in her spare time.
Jadyn
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We’re lucky to have the amazingly talented Jadyn Blair on our team to help capture our voice on social media. Currently a senior at Franklin and Marshall, Jadyn has past experience as both a social media manager and coordinator, and is thrilled to officially be part of the PSM family. When she isn’t authoring top-notch social posts, you can catch Jadyn hiking, running, and traveling.
Teddy
COPYWRITER
If you’re reading anything on this site, chances are this is the guy who wrote it. Since graduating from the University of Michigan, Teddy has been active in the world of media, selling RFPs to Fortune 500 companies as a marketing coordinator. Today, Teddy writes copy for Habits 365 in addition to newsletters and press releases. When he’s not writing, you can catch Teddy watching sports, going for long walks, and making subpar dad jokes.
